Final Provisions

8.1 The NEVZA logo of the on printed material shows initials of NEVZA.

8.2 The present Statutes in English language and consisting of eight (8) articles have been accepted as the valid statutes of NEVZA during the founding General assembly on the 14th of June 2003 in Skien in Norway.

The original Statutes are subject to CEV and FIVB approval and as such will enter into force after such approvals have been given.

8.3 All seven Federations, members of NEVZA, have confirmed their adherence with and full compliance with the present Statutes in their Letter of Agreement, signed by the President and the Secretary General of the Federation (Annex 1).
